Harvest Festival
Our annual Harvest Festival will be Sunday October 12th from 1:00-3:30pm. We will have kids Sunday School but not adult classes. We'll eat soup together after church and get things set up! Please see back bulletin board to sign up to help. We also need candy donations and would like them brought to church by September 28th. Candy should be pieces that are individually wrapped.
ROM Trip
A team of 9 people will be traveling to Rivers of Mercy Children's Home October 14-21st: Aliyah Bartlett, Caleb Hall, David Hartley, Molly Howe, Bob Jablonski, Linda Jablonski, Dan Leonovich, Emily Leonovich and Devan Walof. The team will be helping with the children, assisting the staff with their annual Harvest Festival and doing a variety of maintenance and building projects. Please pray for safety, that we'll be an encouragement to the ROM staff and children and that the Festival will be well attended and hearts will respond to the gospel message.
We are so grateful for your prayers, encouragement and financial support each of which makes the trip possible!
Joni & Friends Fundraiser
Saturday October 11th in Shrewsbury MA, NLBC will be bringing a team to the Joni and Friends Walk and Roll for a great day of fundraising, fellowship, and fun to bring hope through hardship to people and families living with disability across New England and the globe. That Jesus willingly went to the cross and died for our sins.
That we will have eternity in heaven to worship.
That even in the darkest valley, Jesus is there with us.
Danielle is doing well after her chemo treatment a week ago. The side effects are under control. Her next treatment is October 16th.

For our Sunday service and Pastor Daniel, who will be preaching.
Pray for the Robinson family. Sara passed today and is in her Heavenly home.
Pray for Alison Burek: They are still waiting to hear about a surgery date to remove the growth on her kidney. She is very anxious and just wants this to be over.
Pray for those going on the Rivers of Mercy mission trip. There is much to be done to prepare to go. The monthly finances for ROM are very low right now and they're not meeting their monthly bills. Pray for an influx of donations to help with this.
Pray for Mike and Grace Stafford, who are still seeking God's guidance on whether they should continue serving at Rivers of Mercy.
For Shelley Snow who is having lots of pain after the knee surgery.
For our fall programs: The Joni and Friends Walk and Roll Fundraiser on October 11, the Harvest Festival on October 12th, the Mission trip to ROM from October 14-21, the October 18 Harvest Festival ROM will be held for the community, and the "Called to Counsel conference on October 23.
For the Christian Church in Mexico. That churches will be united in making disciples and spreading the Gospel.
Our church of the week is Garden Chapel in Pennsylvania and their pastor, Mark Brussel. Pray for Gina as well. She is leading some ladies Bible studies.
Our ministry focus this week is Prayer Meeting. Come out to learn about prayer needs in our church and spend time in corporate prayer. Pastor Daniel is in 1 Thessalonians right now for the devotional time.
Pray for Kevin and Mo Kimball. Kevin is involved in raising support for missionaries in East Asia and working with the CRU team at the University of New Hampshire. Mo is having lots of family time in her retirement.
