This Lord's Day we hear a message about our sanctification. Christ's teaching on sanctification calls us to go to potentially extreme lengths, because the seriousness of sin requires us to do all we can to extirpate it from our lives. Because we have been set free by Christ, He calls us to choose freedom over our slavery. Therefore let us choose the freedom and sanctification we were destined for as children of our Father, bought at the price of His Son.
